This is a character card reveal of a fictional renaissance character - a mushroom person called Jen. The goal was to animate a bouncy movement with the character’s features compressing and expanding to give the leaps more weight. Sounds of grass being stepped on and chime-like noises were used as both ambience and unfurling of the nature surrounding the character while a pitched bounce sound effect was used for the hops.
